Massarellas was born over 30 years ago out of a desire to produce superior frozen pizza dough products to compliment any pizzeria or catering establishment. Our frozen dough is versatile enough to be used in wood fired, conveyor or stone deck pizza ovens and maintains it’s great taste!
We drew on our years of pizzeria experience to develop a frozen dough that is easy to work with, is crispy when cooked and has a golden crust with a soft interior. Above all, it tastes great!
