Sourdough pizza dough is a great way to add a twist to your pizzas and achieve a truly distinctive flavour. Our dough balls are made from the finest quality ingredients, an exclusive blend of the finest quality Italian Caputo flour, yeast, water and Himalayan pink salt, virgin olive oil contribute to a 65% hydration rate.
They come in 220g and 250g sizes with the 220g having 27 dough balls and the 250g having 25 dough balls per box.
Delivery is £10 per box throughout most of mainland UK (except The Highlands) and the delivery day is Friday. Collection is also available from Wetherby, West Yorkshire by prior arrangement.

All orders placed up to 11am Wednesday will be delivered Friday of that week. Please Note: For the Easter Bank Holiday Friday, orders will be delivered Thursday.

Although the dough balls are sent frozen, and carefully packed in an insulated box, they may be partially defrosted on arrival, but can safely be refrozen without effecting the final result.
